Rei Rossi Character Sheet

Rei is one of the very first characters to be put in DISABLED. He was originally fully deaf, but there is a Cure in their world which will cure disabilities. Gaia, his girlfriend, doesn't take the Cure unless it's a special occasion. Otherwise, she is blind.
